Darcy Rae’s Dream

Fundraising for Jaks den helps keep Darcy’s memory alive and her dreams come true.  

We wanted to start a named fund in memory of our beautiful Darcy Rae McGuire who we sadly lost on 15.12.19. After being diagnosed with an extremely rare form of cancer called chordoma which only effects 1 in 20 million children, Darcy started Fundraising to help others. She kept us all on our toes and there was never a dull moment with her. She loved helping others and bringing joy to anyone she could. 

Darcy was a very feisty wee girl with a huge personality who had a knack of making everyone around her smile – we want to continue to help others smile and create joy in her memory by raising funds to be administered by Team Jak through this named fund – Darcy Rae’s Dreams.
