Everything changes in an instant following a childhood cancer diagnosis — and not just for the child or young person affected. Also stepping into the unknown are their parents, carers, siblings, other family members and friends.
We understand this moment well because we’ve been there, and at Team Jak we offer our unique emotional, social, and practical help to create a few smiles and ease everyone’s journey.
But we need your help to make what we do happen. Why not take on a challenge, organise an event, or perhaps choose Team Jak as your next workplace charity? Whatever route you take, when you fundraise for Team Jak every penny will help us help families experiencing cancer, right now and right across Scotland
Whether you’re climbing a Munro, giving up chocolate, or hosting a quiz night, your creativity and passion can make a real difference.
From dress-down days, hands-on help at Jak’s Den, or payroll giving, your workplace fundraising can both boost Team Jak and inspire your team.
We love working with schools! From brilliant student-led Team Jak fundraisers to inspiring assemblies, we’ll be there to help you bring your ideas to life.
Take part in one of our official fundraising events or create your own! Whether it’s a walk, a run, a cycle or something else entirely, we’ll be cheering you on.
Local groups are amazing! Fundraising for Team Jak are choirs, scout packs, book clubs — and many more — with everything from coffee mornings to quiz nights. What’s your big idea?
Every event we’re involved in helps Team Jak support families facing childhood cancer, whether you’re lacing up your boots for the next Kiltwalk or dressing up for a night of fizz and fundraising. Join us at one of our upcoming events, or just come along and cheer! Every step, mile, smile, and donation counts.
