These terms and conditions govern your use of the Team Jak Foundation SCIO online store. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Team Jak Foundation is a registered Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation (SCIO), charity number SC045586.
All products listed on our website are described as accurately as possible. Prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices and product availability without notice.
Orders can be placed through our website. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods as listed on our site.
Goods purchased from our store are for personal use only and not for resale unless explicitly agreed in writing. Unauthorised resale of Team Jak branded goods is prohibited.
We aim to dispatch orders within 3-5 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier services. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers. Collection of goods is available during our hours of business Monday – Friday, proof of purchase is required.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
Event tickets purchased require a non-refundable deposit, detailed at the time of purchase; tickets paid in full and later cancelled may be refunded minus the deposit, however, cancellations made within 45 days of the event are non-refundable.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal data collected during the ordering process will be used solely for order fulfilment and will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
