Our flagship Livingston Jak’s Den is also Team Jak’s HQ, and it’s here we create the range of emotional, practical, and social support services we deliver to children, young people and their families across Scotland.
Whether you’re popping in for a quiet chat, joining in an activity, or just need a listening ear, the Livingston team is on hand to offer some breathing space and the chance to reset. You’ll find a wide mix of options here, from counselling and music therapy to pamper days, creative play, help with homework, and support groups.
We also have a closed Facebook Group just for Jak’s Den families where you can find out more about what we offer and connect privately with others on the same journey.
We are open Tuesday to Friday 10am – 4pm, and the first Sunday of the month. Outside these times, we offer private appointments and we also run various other sessions — including our parent Twilight Sessions on the second and fourth Tuesdays of the month — and events throughout the year.
